How Long Do i Have To Finish The Course once I register?
You will have up to 1 year to finish your online course, though it is recommended to finish it as quickly as possible to that you don’t forget the information learned. You are required to know the course content for the state exam.

Can I learn At My Own Pace?
Absolutely! In both our self-serve and live online courses you will have the option to view the recorded content on demand at your convenience. This feature is great for conflicts in your schedule that make attending a scheduled course difficult, making up missed classes easily, and for reviewing the content prior to testing as a study aide.

Do You Guarantee That I Will Pass The State Exam If I Take Your Course?
No. It is not legal in the state of Florida to guarantee a passing grade or guarantee that if a course is taken the student will pass the state exam. We do however give the utmost care and attention to our students so they can have the best chance at passing the state exam. Currently the state pass rate is approximately 25%, so students should study hard and try their best to prepare for the state exam.

How Do I know That Your Course Content Will Cover What I need TO Know For The State Exam?
Our course content is approved by and registered with the state of Florida Division of Real Estate prior to being used to teach our students. It is based off of the proper state laws that the state exam is based off of.

Can I cancel and Get a Refund For My Course After I Enroll If Something Comes Up?
